Join our team as a Recovery Officer, where you’ll play a vital role in helping businesses recover outstanding debts while fostering positive and professional client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-University in any field
- At least 2 years of experience in debt recovery or customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Malaysian citizens only
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Strong determination to succeed and commitment to excellence
